Guys, I haven't forgotten about this but I can't find a suitable video or audio clip to put up.

well, it sounds like something I've heard her father say. But.....hmmm.... as for any specifics, I can't think of any. I'm anxious to know the answer to this riddle.
I think she hears it from a big kid at daycare and thinks it sounds cool.

Swiper is a fox that swipes things. Dora and Boots usually manage to stop him by holding up their hand and saying "Swiper No Swiping!"
have you tried saying "Lucy, no swiping!"
